Ride-sharing for Georgia. Co-founded it, wrote the API, shipped the iOS app.

a2b.ge was a Georgian ride-sharing startup: a website and a mobile app where drivers and passengers find each other for a trip in the direction they need. I co-founded it in 2023 and owned the technical side until 2026: the architecture and the stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server), the REST API, secure authentication with OAuth and JWT, CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment on Azure and AWS, and a team of developers I led. The iOS app shipped to the App Store. Product priorities were set with the co-founders from user feedback.
A marketplace and a mobile app shipped as co-founder and lead engineer.
Co-founder and lead engineer: architecture, REST API, auth, CI/CD, cloud deployment, team lead.
Two co-founders and a small frontend and mobile team.
.NET · SQL Server · OAuth / JWT · Azure / AWS · iOS app
- Driver and passenger matching over a REST API with JWT sessions.
- CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment sized for a launch, not a demo.
- Product decisions made from user feedback, not from the roadmap.
