The story

ches.gov.ge is the electronic services platform of the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia, a large public platform built entirely from scratch. Since September 2025 I have been responsible for its backend and the infrastructure around it: the .NET architecture, SQL databases tuned for performance, IIS configuration, SSL certificates and deployments for both frontend and backend, CI/CD and server maintenance, the background jobs, APIs and services behind the core features, and onboarding and code review for junior developers.

One backend lifecycle owned end to end, from design to deployment.

My role
